Robert Renteria quickly climbed the ranks within the coin laundry industry. Beginning his career in 1990 as a salesman, he quickly distinguished himself as a top player. He was recruited in late 1995 to manage a large sales team covering a wide geographical area and quickly moved up the corporate ladder to become the National and International Executive Vice President of a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (TUC/NYSX) from 1997 to 2001. Robert then started his own distribution business and in 2003 became the highest volume producing company in the United States.
Robert Renteria has become an international symbol of success. Through his own life experiences, he has been able to show through education, perseverance, and hard work you truly can propel yourself to heights you never imagined.
Robert is an accomplished award-winning best-selling author who has developed a comprehensive bilingual non-generic book series and educational program. Lastly, Robert is a United States Army veteran who honorably served our country as a non-commissioned officer for over 7 years and spearheaded the re-activation of the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC.
Joe Hollendonner has been actively involved with investment real estate for over 30 years and has tremendous experience in the areas of rehabbing, leasing and property management. Shortly after the housing bubble of 2008, he pioneered a cutting-edge program designed to assist homeowners associations improve cash flow through the rehabbing, leasing and management of almost 200 vacant foreclosure homes throughout the Chicagoland area.
Joe is an active real estate investor himself and personally manages a portfolio of rental homes and commercial properties in the western suburbs of Chicago. He is a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group and a REALTOR® with the state of Illinois as well as a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS®. In addition, Joe is also a licensed Illinois business broker capable of assisting business owners market and sell businesses even when no real estate is involved. Business brokerage services are not limited strictly to laundromats.
Joe is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales and Marketing.
Joe has racked up more than 35 years of successful outside sales experience with various Blue Chip companies and focuses on a consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
